HEIST | 2011

Performative curation/exhibition developed to run alongside visit of British Art Show 7 to Plymouth. Through acquiring and exhibiting residues, fragments and fakes as well as original artworks, HEIST explored the mechanics of the contemporary art market, including the value assigned to different types of art or artefacts. Created and curated by Gabrielle Hoad and Felicity Shillingford. Funded by Exeter Arts Council.
